The end result coffee table. After brilliant advice from Tigan Robinson, I learned that whatever goes on a coffee table should be viewable from all sides.

Luckily today my mom came over bearing gifts and this cool sand hour glass was one of them.

I bought 2 older books for this shelf, the blue and red ones. :) I bought them from little cute little Paris style consignment shop in Sugarhouse called Abode. so cute.

But really, they had 3 rotary dial phones there, they were selling them f0r 35-50$! Gosh. I am sure glad I got mine for 4$. :)
